There has been a fairly substanstial increase in the Navy’s Uniform Replacement Allowance because of the new uniforms that are due to start rolling out next year. This increase is primarily because there is a Gortex parka and liner that are in the new seabag and combined retail for $236.18.
This parka, shown to the left, is part of the foul-weather working uniform.
